Over a long career in trade, Mehmet Talha Uçar has combined the experience and field knowledge gained across different sectors with an entrepreneurial approach. As Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of UKAŞ, Uçar continues to work in investment, production and business development.

Taking long-term thinking, sustainable growth and business models built on solid foundations as the basis of commercial activity, Uçar focuses on evaluating new investment opportunities across sectors and developing existing operations.

Uçar continues to work towards UKAŞ becoming a strong group of companies operating on a national and international scale and making sustainable investments across different sectors. To that end, the aim is to bring commercial experience together with an innovative investment approach to create new lines of business, and to develop projects that contribute to production, employment and economic development. Strengthening UKAŞ's corporate structure so that the brand continues to create value for many years to come is among the core aims of Uçar's approach to business.

Alptürk Kaya graduated with honors from the Ankara University Faculty of Law and concurrently completed a degree in Public Administration at Anadolu University with high honors. Kaya was also admitted with the top entrance ranking to the undergraduate program in International Relations at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Gazi University. At Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, Kaya is currently pursuing a master's degree in Civil Procedure and Enforcement-Bankruptcy Law at the Faculty of Law and a master's degree in International Relations at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.

Kaya is an attorney registered with the Ankara Bar, practising in enforcement and bankruptcy law, criminal law, civil law and information technology law. Kaya has published in the fields of commercial law and procedural law and is the founding president of the Ayrancı Anatolian High School Alumni Association.

Kaya previously founded Roof Entrepreneurship Group Bilişim ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi and served as chairman of its board. As Co-Founder, Vice Chairman of the Board and CEO of UKAŞ, Kaya directs the strategic management of the company's activities in software, trade and construction.
