Biography
Alptürk KAYA, Atty.
Alptürk Kaya graduated with honors from Ankara University Faculty of Law and completed a concurrent degree in Public Administration at Anadolu University with high honors. Admitted with the top entrance ranking to Gazi University's graduate program in International Relations, Kaya is currently pursuing a master's degree in Civil Procedure and Enforcement-Bankruptcy Law at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University.
An attorney registered with the Union of Turkish Bar Associations (Reg. No. 146514) and the Ankara Bar (Reg. No. 32488), Kaya practices enforcement and bankruptcy law, criminal law, civil law and information technology law, serves as founding president of the Ankara Legal History Society, and has published on subjects ranging from commercial law to procedural law.
As Vice Chairman of the Board and CEO of UKAŞ, Kaya oversees the strategic management of the company's software, trade and institute activities.
Governance
The company is governed by its board of directors within the framework of the Turkish Commercial Code and represented on a joint-signature basis. This structure ensures that strategic decisions reflect the joint will of the founding shareholders.
